EXP Capital are excited to present a newly constructed childcare centre in Mount Hutton, Newcastle.
After acquiring the three residential lots, EXP Capital obtained a DA for a service station. We subsequently applied for a new DA for a 110 child care centre and were granted DA consent in July 2023.
EXP Capital commenced works on site in September 2023, completed the centre and handed it over for occupancy to Little Zak’s Academy who have taken a 30-year lease over the property.
Little Zak’s Academy is a welcoming, purpose-built childcare centre for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The state-of-the-art resources and bright facilities inspire a sense of fun and creativity among the children.
The outdoor spaces at Little Zak’s Academy include large wooden playgrounds with inbuilt slides and climbing frames, generous outdoor areas and sandpits for imaginative play. Indoors, the open-plan classrooms enable children to work and play within a safe and communal space, as well as having quiet areas such as reading nooks, and group activity tables to enjoy with friends.
