Paul has over 25 years’ experience in property development including industrial/residential land subdivision and commercial property investments. His background as Director and Founder of SiDCOR chartered accountants, means he has a strong and detailed understanding of the feasibility and structures required to make a development a success. Paul has taken his expertise in accounting and applied it directly to creating his portfolio leading to significant success in the property development sector. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
