In June 2022, Royal Wolf, Australasia's largest provider of shipping containers, approached EXP Capital through Colliers International to develop a new logistics facility in Kooragang, Newcastle. This request followed the successful development of the Portlink Estate by EXP Capital.

Royal Wolf specialises in the sale and hire of new, second-hand, and modified storage and shipping containers. With 23 Customer Service Centres across Australia, including major cities like Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Tasmania, the company sought to expand its presence in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions.

EXP Capital delivered a state-of-the-art, brand-new facility for Royal Wolf, featuring a modern warehouse and office amenities. The facility, completed within 12 months, showcases the latest in architectural design and quality construction. This landmark site supports Royal Wolf's growth strategy and enhances its regional presence.

Royal Wolf moved into the new premises in July 2023, just over a year after agreeing on commercial terms for a 15-year lease. The property, located just 10 minutes from Newcastle CBD and Newcastle Airport, spans 10,000sqm and offers easy access from a prominent corner site. The facility's spaces range from 147 to 584sqm, providing versatile options for Royal Wolf's operations.
