Originally from a retail background of 14 years, including state executive level, Steven has over 30 years’ experience in providing development management across all aspects of the development life cycle from acquisitions to hand-over and has been the Development Manager and Project Director for many significant developments in the Central Coast region. Steven also gained extensive experience in his seven years with Local Government as Development Manager, facilitating major projects including asset acquisition and realisation, industrial subdivisions, and major developments of Masterfoods, Proctor & Gamble, M1 Service Centres and Sanitarium Health Food Co.
